I wanted to make a range pker... so that means range is 1

Ok as I see in the wildy alot of range pkers and they seem to do pretty good and I wanted to make one real badly. So heres my questions what stats do you need for a range pker? How many arrows will I need to get to my desired what ever lvl ranging I need with out picking up the arrows and how much will all the arrows probally cost me. Also how would I train the pker. Anyways thanks for your time and please respond
