I figure the reason that QP factor in to whether you can trade or not is that Jagex figures that a char selling gp or items for real world money is not going to waste time getting quest points, because it's not going to be a real player, essentially. So someone with high quest points is more likely actually playing the game and not making a profit in the real world.

Hmm... see that is why I am so confused. Dunstan simply will not do it for me! And yes I have Death Plateau quest done.... eh. -_- Maybe I'll go buy a brand spanking new set of climbing boots from Tenzing and take those to him.. though why he's not doing it is beyond me...

They gotta be [bleep]ed =/ and I can't get the smith to [bleep]e them! I can't understand why either. I've done the stupid quest where I had to get [bleep]ed boots.

I did though... or at least I thought I did. I took climbing boots and iron bars and it was no go.

Okay... so I'm trying to finish up Desert Treasure and I'm doing the ice diamond part. Anyway, I no longer have [bleep]ed climbing boots, don't ask me where they went. And I can't get the blacksmith guy in Burthorpe to make me another pair... Sooooo, how do I get a new pair of [bleep]ed climbing boots? I can't get up the ice path without them! :(

What. The. Heck. I've been looking for people who are building the temple in Mor'ton for two days! I want to sanctify some oil and NOBODY is around! I tried the official temple building world, I tried the quest world, I've been hopping around trying to find people at the busy worlds. Where is everybody? I used to have no trouble finding a group busy building.

Er, I did. And unless I have selective blindness it did not say how to get the particular greegrees, just that I had to have them. But thank you anyway. I will assume that my assumption is correct and cross my fingers.

Alright, so, am I right in thinking that to get a ninja monkey greegree, gorilla greegree, etc, I need to kill the respective animals and run down in the tunnel with their remains and a greegree to that gnome? I have to have them for the Recipe for Disaster quest and I wasn't sure where to come by them.
