Where is the best place to train a pker wit about 20 attack, 1 def, 50 str....im f2p and i dont wanna waste so much food....and im trying to get to 60 str (just trying to take it slowly) thanks

So far i have 21 attack lol....the 1 was a mistake by my brother 1 def 50 str 40 hp lvl 33 combat f2p....and i dont wanna get magic and range...cause i see no point in it so any ideas would b appreciated
