I gues its a pretty nooby question, but i cant figure out, where to get strings to make amulets and later to enchant them...Im f2p... plz help :)

Hi, I wanted to ask an advice to people who knows... I dont really know about Zamorak, how to make like rune kite to rune zamorak, its just a color i gues, or it makes shield stronger? And zamorak weapons?... How to do zamorak?:)
