Personally I like to have my whole house underground. I have two rooms on the ground floor: Garden and Quest Hall for the staircase.

I'm not sure if there's a range requirment. But I'm pretty sure the quest to use it is called Dwarf Cannon Quest.

I'm fairly certain that there are none and never were any Black Party Hats. As for Pink Party Hats, I would think that there at least a few in the game somewhere. But I would bet that there are fewer of those than Blue Party Hats and White Party Hats.

kills druids in wild 1-3 at edgeville dungeon, the bank is very very close and they never hit watch out for pkers.

Well I'd say it depends on whether you have all the skills required for it. It could easily be done in 2-3 hours if you have all of the required items and levels. But if you don't have the items, then I would say it would take roughly 4-5 hours (At least that's how long it took me).

Lecturns cannot be flatpacked. I don't see why you need it to be Flatpacked Cons is easy to train to 67..
Some people don't have the money for 67. And I'm pretty sure people would rather have like a whip or something rather than 67 construction.
