Theory: New Tradable Rares wouldn't be worth it

Ok, look guys. A tradable rare would just be stockpiled. Everyone would have 100+ of it. It wont be worth anything. In a year everyone will have 95+ of it. In another year everyone will have 85+ of it. Eventually almost noone will have any of itt. Then it will be worth much more.
