    Depending on your prayer level, they general heal one point more of prayer per does. However, if you are going to use Sara Brews, you would need one dose of Super Restore per 2 doses of Sara. So, if you brought 4 Saras, I would bring 2 Super Restores. The rest could be prayers depending on skill level/prayer level. I'm 59 pray and I read somewhere that pray pots restores 30%, but i dunno about super restores
