i just talk to her again, and came back to the chemist, but no change! it has still the option about lamps

i need help, in the part when i am assigned to get the touch paper, when i get to the chemist, with the 3 vials with me, i chose the option talk-to chemist... but when i talk with him, it always says "Do u want to talk about lamps?" And, nothing else about im a friend of Elena... How do i get the touch papers from him??
