same thing happend to me on a file i had. you ahve to pay with a major credit card like VISA, American Express etc. it wont allow you any other payment options I should know my cousin stole a visa card and gave me members. (fraud) anways the point is your friend has to pay the amount of money they ask if not they wont give your friends account bak. Even if u send Jagex a message/email their idiot mods will tell you "You Must Pay THe Credit" even tho your triyng to do that they will not help you in any way or form.

Best place IF for fletching is at draynor village, on your way to wizards tower and near the Lost City start point theres 2 or 3 oaks and at least 16 norms around in a cirlce u can walk around there and cut and drop or if making shafts. its also not that far away form draynor bank.

wats the best area to do ice rush? is it PC or CW i ahve enof runes for at least 50k casts.. I know people would say PC only prob i notice is that the games are to short.. :evil:

For using ice rush(ancient magiks) for xp my friend says PC but the games are so short also i got another idea of using it at CW i have at least enof runes for 20k ice rush's

Been there for 2 days got lvl 87 range and i use iron and some steel, to kill em fast and easy lvl 65+ would be good also if your prayer is high enought use hawk eye to deal a bit more damage and birng some pray pots. If your going the range route i advice not to bring food maybe 1 or 2 just in case but thats all, you tend to get good drops and that means just droppin your food.
