Search google. It can give you tons of help! I have used it before, and it WORKED!

This is easy!!! Your computer is getting too hot. Just get some new fans, a new heatsink and fan for your processor, and you will be good. Fans. Fans. Fans. Or, if you want to be really cool, get water-cooling. It looks cool, works great, but it is a little expensive. Or, just go with some simple, easy fans. Don't waste your money on cheapy fans. Get some really good ones (I suggest newegg.com).
