I managed to manipulate my skills to get me to exactly 66,666,666 Total Exp within the game. It was hard to come up with a way to get me the exact exp I needed. There was a lot of logging in and out involved. I finally got this exact exp off a pickpocket on a man :D You can click on the link to make it bigger.
