  2. Need Strength/Damage Table

    I am f2p. I realize rangers hit 16s at lv 95, and mages hit 16s at lv 59. I want to know how much strength is needed to hit 16s, and with which weapon. Also, I want to know what the max damage you can get with a rune 2h at lv 99. If possible, send me a link to an already existing complete table, or make one for me and post it here. I want to know if i should make a mage, ranger, or strength pure account... please post your thoughts. :D
