At about that level on my main I always found that the Baby Blue Dragons in Taverly dungeon worked fine - Good Prayer EXP and not to hard. If you think you can handle the Blue Dragons (level 111), I recmond you bring good food, anti-dragon shield and good defense.

I was wearing the reindeer hat in lumbridge and a low level came to me and asked how I got the hat [ofcorse]. I told him you gotta go as far deep into the wilderness as possible, which I told him was north.
