MAP: Fairy Rings - some quests not required

The ALR (secondary Abyss) teleport is available for certain when you haven't done the quest. I hadn't done the quest before trying to go, and there was no problem with the teleport. I guess the Getting Around guide should mention that the quest is not required. However, it does seem to be required if you want pouches as drops.
