Maybe a year into the creation of RS, someone hacked it and changed everything anyone said to "Cabbage" (unconfirmed by me) A bug in classic (right before RS2) once turned everyone invisible for a few hours. In November of 2003, several players discovered how to dupe items using the banks of classic RS. The immediated began duping every rare item they could find. Unfortunately for them, the secret was soon leaked and in response to the news, they decided to hold a huge drop party, releasing hundreds of party crackers and hats. http://games.infoseka.lt/scamming.html When the party room was released in RS2 beta, the mods didn't catch the item duping ability of the drop chest. Even though they rolled back the next day, hundreds of players made trillions of gp. I personally made upwards of a billion. When the trawler mini game was released, someone discovered that by teleporting when your ship sank, your player would swim in the ground :shock: (That one was fun :D)
