Ok so I was using the tip.it quest guide for the fremminik isles. Near the end after you kill the troll king and decapatate him, the guide says exit to the east and walk back to Neitiznot. So I exited to the east and the guide makes it seem lik ethere is little to no hazzard along the way. But that's misleading. I took no more than 4 steps out and was mauled by atleast 7 trolls and couldn't eat fast enough. This is with protect from range on as well because several were attacking me with ranged attacks. I died and lost some pretty valuble equipment as well as the troll head. The in game quest journal says "if you are careless enough to lose the troll king's head, you will need to go back into the caves to get it." Now after dying so quickly I'm not gonna walk in there blindly and search around there. Anyone know what you're supposed to do if you lose the head?

I have a clue scroll and the tip.it coordinate locater shows it on crandor isle. Only problem is I haven't done dragon slayer since abouy a year before RS2 came out. I don't know how to get to Crandor Island and can't figure it out, anyone wanna help me out here?
