im stuck on the part where i have to get the glided cross...i went to the chest and it said you cant see anyway to open this chest... i even tried using the lockpick on it... how do i open it? and does a bandit brew work if your 52 theiving lvl?

someone if you could please help me im stuck on a lvl 3 clue scroll i got from a blue dragon and it says 13 degrees 46 minutes north. 21 degrees 01 minutes east and that says edgeville dig in between 4 mushrooms.. well i been digging for an hour and i need help please someone
