What is the best place to train my combat? My attack is 36, strenght 37 and defend 34.

I want to mine 1k gold, really fast, but where and how should i do that? my mining level is 50

For how much i have to sell it? I actually have for 1k iron

My mining level is 41, but i really cant mine coal/iron anywhere, cuz there are always people with a higher mining level. What should i do? :|
