This guide is for the beginner contructee. I assume that readers have at least 45 Magic, and can at least teleport to Camelot. I also assume that readers have at least 100,000 GP to put towards getting 35 con. My guide may not be the best, but it sure is helpful. Using this guide, I have gotten a character from levels 1 to 35 construction in a time of 34 Minutes exactly. Enjoy. First, You will need to buy a house. There are multiple locations where to do so, but your best bet is just north of Seers Bank. You will need to pay 1,000 GP to buy your first house, which will be located in Rimmington. Now, if you have the magic level required, teleport to your house and bring around 10,000 GP. While at your house, enter building mode, and right click one of the many see through doors, and select to build a "Parlour". Now that you have your parlour, you will need to collect some supplies. We first start off with normal logs. I personally like to gather all of the supplies I will need first before starting things, such as a new skill or quest. So here is a supply list you will need from levels 1 - 35. Also, having the magic level required for Ardougne Teleport is very useful. If not, you will spend a little more time either walking to Ardougne from Camelot or from other places in RuneScape to buy Butlers later in the guide. Supplies Required for Level 1 - 35. -Saw -Hammer -Around 100K GP -Lots of Varrock and House teleports -----(Lava battle saves 2 spaces in your invo, for extra planks when it comes to teleporting) -A Few Ardy teleports. -4 Cloth (Can be purchased at sawmill) -146 Regular Logs -Atleast 500 Nails. (Nails can be made by smithing any type of bar) -316 Oak Logs You can purchase a saw, cloth, and nails from the Sawmill. The Sawmill is located north-east of Varrock, just south of the lumberyard area where you have to find a kitten for the "Gertrudes Cat" quest. Now that you have all of the supplies, you will need to turn all of your regular logs and oak logs into planks. This will take you around 15 trips to the sawmill. Take around 40k in your invo, and the rest regular logs or oak. Walk to the mill from Varrock East bank, right click the sawmill master and click buy plank. Choose the type of planks you would like, and he will convert all of your logs into planks. Do this until you have all of the logs required made into planks. Now, make your nails. 500 nails should be fine, because you bend quite a few at low levels. You do not need nails once you reach oak objects at level 19. Now we can get started. First, levels 1 - 10. You should have the following items in your invo. -30k Cash -Around 10 Varrock Teleports -Around 10 House Teleports -All of your nails -Hammer -Saw -The Rest, Planks -First, Teleport to your house. Enter build mode. -Go into your parlour, and right click a chair spot. (Opaque white chair). -Build a Crude Wooden Chair. -Select another chair spot. Build a Crude Wooden Chair -Select the third chair spot. Build a Crude Wooden Chair. -Now you have 3 chairs. Right click each chair one by one, and remove. -Now repeat by building 3 Crude Wooden Chairs, then removing them. Note: When you run out of planks, Teleport to Varrock, fill up on planks, then tele back to your house. Repeat until you are level 10. STOP ONCE YOU HIT LEVEL 10! THE SECOND 10 FLASHES, STOP! Now you are going to need to build a few more rooms on to your house. Don't worry about their location yet, you can always remove them in the long run when you want your house to look real pretty. You want to find an empty Door Hotspot, and build a new room. You will want to build a Dining Room, because you will now be making Wooden Dining Tables. Build the following rooms. -Dining Room Now it's time to work in the Dining Room. Levels 10 - 19. You should have the following items in your invo. -Around 10 Varrock Teleports -Around 10 House Teleports -All of your nails -Hammer -Saw -The Rest, Planks Teleport back to your house, enter build mode and walk in to your dining room. -Select the large Dining Room Table hotspot in the middle of the room. -Build a Wooden Dining Table. -Right click and remove the Wooden Dining Table. Repeat the second two steps until you are out of planks. Teleport back to Varrock, pick up more planks, head back to the house and build more Wooden Dining Tables. Keep doing this until you are level 19. You should have just the exact amount or maybe a little more planks than needed for level 19. Now we can start making Oak Chairs. Teleport back to Varrock now that you are level 19, and put away all of your nails. Then, take out a full invo of Oak Planks. -Teleport back to your house, enter build mode and enter your Parlour. -Remove any chairs that are there if there is any, and start building Oak Chairs. -Remove the Oak Chairs, and Build more. -Teleport to Varrock and grab more Oak Planks as needed. STOP ONCE YOU HIT LEVEL 22! Now you are going to need to build a few more rooms on to your house. Don't worry about their location yet, you can always remove them in the long run when you want your house to look real pretty. You want to find an empty Door Hotspot, and build a new room. You will want to build a total of 2 new rooms to your house, using 2 different hotspots. Build the following rooms. -2 Bedrooms Now we want to build some beds in your 2 bedrooms. You will need 2 bed rooms to hire a maid. You will also need 2 beds, 1 in each room for a maid. Go back to Varrock Bank, grab your 4 cloth, and bring 6 Planks. Enter the First bedroom, and build a wooden bed. Enter the Second bedroom and build a wooden bed. Teleport back to Varrock and get ready for the next power level session. The following portion in green is optional, but please STILL READ IT, so you will know the location of the Butler House later in the guide. You do not have to hire a maid quite yet, because Rick, the first maid you can hire... is very slow, and is actually slower than going back and forth from bank to house. Only do this option if you are low on laws or can't afford to use laws. Now you have the ability to hire a maid to work for you. Teleport to Varrock, visit the bank, and teleport to Ardy. Tele to Cammy if you can't tele to Ardy, and walk there. You will want around 50k GP in your inventory for the rest of the guide. Go to the north bank, and walk straight East. After the northern gate of Ardy, you will see a building with people named "Rick, Cook, Demon Butler, etc" in it. Talk to Rick, and Hire him for around 300gp. Walk back to the North Bank, put away your Varrock Teleport runes, which should only be Fire Runes. You should still have the following items in your invo. Invo starting at Level 22. -Saw -Hammer -Around 50K Cash -House Teleports -1 Ardy Teleport -The rest Oak Planks Teleport back to your house and get ready to level from 22 to 31. -Find Rick (if you have hired him), and tell him to go to get some items from the bank. When he asks what items, tell him 6 Oak Planks. -Enter your dining room, and remove the table if you have one. Now start building Oak Dining Tables. This part does take a little while, but it does save you teleport runes. If you use the teleport method, skip this green section. -When you run out of planks, Rick will always be there to get more. -Send him off to get more planks, and keep building Oak Dining Tables, until you have reached level 31. When Rick asks for a payment, pay him, or he will no longer work for you. STOP ONCE YOU HIT LEVEL 31! Now that you are Level 31, you can make Carved Oak Tables, which give you a little more exp per plank. Now, find Rick in your house, and Fire him. Teleport to Ardy and go back to the Maid house. Find and Hire the Cook. She will bring you 16 Planks from the bank at a faster pace. She cost 3,000 GP to hire, and 3,000 GP to have her keep working for you around every 10 Trips she makes. Visit the bank, and fill up on Oak Planks. You should have the following items for levels 31 - 35. -Saw -Hammer -Around 30k Cash -House Teleports -Oak Planks for the rest Now, teleport back to your house, and find The Cook. Tell her to bring back 16 Oak Planks from the bank. Now, enter your dining room and start building Carved Oak Dining Tables. Build, Remove, Build, Remove... Keep doing this, and keep sending your Cook to get more planks, and remember to pay her for labor when she asks. You will be level 35 in no time. Personally, I would repeat doing this until I was 99 If I had the cash : Now that you are level 35, you can move your house to Rellika. To do this, just go talk to the man you bought the house from in Seers, and ask him to move it. It will cost you around 5k. Thanks, Log Spoon
