Is it bad if I just put a URL link to Youtube on this? Also, if I can embed it, is that allowed? Just want to throw some vids out there for people to see. =) If it's against the rules I won't. But I didn't see that anywhere that I can't post embeded vids from Youtube.

I dont have a ftp account, no idea what a sql database is... and when I try to download any pack, phpBB2, 3, etc., it says it needs to know what program made this and won't pull up, I'm just gonna use Invisionfree for now. =) Thanks for all the info though.

I always go to Control Panel under Start. Double-click System, let it load, and look under "Computer:" for the info. RAM should be displayed there.

Lol its not just forums for the whole site. But I do need forums. I'll get the phpBB thing. And btw I am interested in this. =)

Hey again lol. I asked before how to get/buy the domain name. Does anyone know how to make forums like Tip.it's? If this is against the rules for asking someone please tell me. I looked at the bottom it says its powered by phpBB. I visited the site, is that the right one? If so how do I make forums from there? P.S. The reason why I'm asking all of these questions is because I'm making a fansite for Runescape, totally different from Tip.it. No guides will be involved. There are already enough guide sites for Runescape, lol.

At this moment I'm looking at videos that teach me everything I need to know. My friend is helping me develop this site. So far only two people are handling this site lol. Hey this is my first day joining and my first post. WOO!! I hope I can trust Tip. it.. Anyways I love making websites, but I can't seem to figure out how to make the address name. Example: http://www.runescape.com or tip.it (If you didn't know.) I came to a site where I know for sure people know website design and HTML. Can anyone help me out here?
