Can I become a staker with these combat stats?

i would recommend 60 deff at least. and 43 prayer for ppl who dont turn it off. higher str like 70 if you are going to mele. and range wouldnt hurt. you might fight a mage and to get your range up to 50 probably wouldnt boost your combat at all.....so you could wear some dhide and own the mage.....idk. thats my opinion. -
Im not a noob, this word has just been popping up everywhere and I dont know what i means, lol. I ask this during the game but people just say noob. I think lots of people use it when they dont even know what it means, lol. Any one want to help me on this?
