Has anyone been a member by "Pay By Cash" I was in negative credit so I sent in 3 months of membership 9 days ago! And I still am banned, has anyone done Pay By Cash for membership where it has taken so long? Or even longer? Please Help! On the way: I do live in the United States.

what is the best thing to purchase right now, if you saw my old thread you know I have not played in some time (about a year), answers from any major merchendisers? I already have about 1.5m to spend, I do have around 30m in bank but not willing to gamble right now when I dont know much of the prices. Any ideas? I could spend about 3-4m to merchendise an item.
