i saw a video of somesome with simalar stats to me except mage and strenght, they prayed only on dh and karil, then ate on rest, that a good idea

Those are good guesses, but the digsite "shrine" was just a rock or something if I remember correctly. It's also across the pond above Al Kharid. The herb dungeon might actually back up to brimhaven's dungeon, but I seriously doubt that it's that long.

1. i cant make prayer pots so i have to fork out 7-9k ea while i can make restores
2. how much prayer do you get back from 1 dose of each?

I can only cast Ice burst but i find the best place for Exp is Pc,
You run up to the portals and ancient the monsters around the portal.
I love ancienting around the purple Portal as near the end of the game(If its still there) usally has Lots of Npc's begging to get iced.
One of the times i was watching, i Got 60 damege points with one cast of Ice burst beside portal, so thats a heck of exp per hour, Specailly with Barrage.
downside is you burn money fast
