k 59 mage, 1 defense, 11 pray and 30 combat I can almost kill him with snare and fire blast but had to teleport out last minute,he maybe had 30 hp left. Is there a safe spot of some kind ot some technique which makes killing oh him possible? Thanks

I got a clue which says the following: Cheer in the ogre pen inthe Training Camp.Show you are angry before you talk to me.Equip a green hide body and chaps and a steel sq. Where do I go and who do I talk to? I didnt find the answer on the TT guide.

Following a post where someone said you can get the cape at 30s is there a guide to safe spots? thanks
