If you find the right things to alch, alching is faster, cheaper and easier to do.

I trained from 70 agility at the ape atoll course and it worked out good. I failed pretty rarely and when even if i did, 80 hp was enough to keep my health going without needing any food.

You don't have to kill birds on crash island. Killing chickens works too.
