I think u can only access to the death altar after this quest!?!

Ive got a little problem with that quest. I've to bring some items to the dwarf, but when I left the altar, I teleported away without rotating the mirror to the door where I came in. So I cant go to the dwarf anymore and I cant finish the quest =( Are there other ways to go to the death altar?

You can go to: * Crafting Guild - Requires 10 Oak Logs * Varrock - Requires 10 Willow Logs * Castle Wars - Requires 10 Yew Logs * Grand Tree - Requires 3 Magic Logs" Can anybody tell me the steps i have to do like in the quest guide for each region?
