War General, Warlord, pk leader? idk how to explain more

IF u are an experienced warlord in any clan was wantin to know the basics on leading, everyone and how you find your wars etc... was just given the rank. the clan i'am in is falling apart. i want to make it better by being a better leader than past warlords etc. If this topic doesnt fit here tell me i'll move it.
