If in theory Jagex brought sailing in, it'll be like all the other transport in Jagex, you'll never see your character actually travel! Instead it'll go black or see the same short animation. :roll:

15x the xp? I have 13,450k Range xp, Does that mean a book would give me 201,750,000 Range XP? Doubt it.
Its 15x Your level in XP.. Which means 99*15=1485Xp.

To get an idea what night would be like, just go down into lumbridge dungeon with a crappy light source (ie- not a bullseye lamp). It's not impressive.

It looks like evening because in daylight it wouldn't be possible to to see the light emitted from the flames. The option of night seems pointless because I wouldn't see the detail. If it was to be brought in, Jagex would have to allow it to be optional.I notice how nice the Campfire at Rimmington near Chemist was...

The way you said it seemed immature, it gave me the impression you meant I shouldn't have a problem parting with the small subscription charge. Fair enough it was a misunderstanding. Not sure if you actually mean I easily spend that much on games and DVDs considering our last misunderstanding...I don't see how you can assume that from the info I've given (including living in overdraft).My point to you was simple: If you're not prepared to chance the money, then wait until you can. Chances are you spend easily two to ten times more than that on some console game or DVD.

Hey, I thought of an interesting question while I was cooking...
If Books of Knowledge and Genie Lamps were Tradable...how much would they be worth? While factoring the fairly easy skills (Cooking, Firemaking, Fletching) you must also remember the very hard ones (Summoning, Construction, Herblore) Note that a Genie Lamp (From a Genie Random Event :shock: ) gives 10x the xp of your level in that skill, and a Book of Knowledge (From an Exam Random Event) Gives 15x the xp in that skill.
Note: I am not advocating the tradability of these items, I'm just trying to start a discussion 8-)

Are you sure it's that much? xp of what? Current level or is it equivalent to a certain task? Because I always get tiny amounts. I think those would fetch a lot, like 100K or more, because lazy noobs would buy them in bulk instead of training.

If I can't read updates I wouldn't know that Runescape has changed a lot in the first place (or use this forum)! I wanted to know what's it like to experience! I'm a poor student living in overdraft so I can't afford to waste £3.50.If you have to question yourself and you cant read the updates, dont come back.

I've been gone for months and runescape had changed so much. I don't have money to waste...so is it worth resubscribing? What are other people's opinion on the "new improved" runescape?

No one owes you anything begger. It's up to you to work hard for wealth, not to be spoon fed! :evil: I also can't keep to one skill for long and can make loads of money by alcheming.If you are a person like me, who can't seem to concentrate on one task in runescape (ie law running, mining, etc.) for long periouds of time such as 5 days straight mining, you know how hard it is to get money. and then you look up, and see people trading impossible millions above you. and you sigh, and get back to whatever you were doing, wondering how they got so rich. This happens to me daily. for example, there was the time...*walking along karamja*
a low level person comes by, and randomly trades me.
i open trade, and he proceeds to show a screen with 999 mil on it.
i say, wow, thats incredible, can i have 50k? or even 5k? i need it for such and such.
rich guy: "haha no its all mine! get lost noob, get money yourself!"
keep in mind this really happened. rich people in runescape seem to be the ones that are ungenerous. i personally give people stuff about once a week, even though i have never even had a million gp. but here's these guy's with hundreds, thousands of millions, and they cant spare 50k, or even 5k, for anybody. whats with that?

Herblore was never my thing but I liked being able to identify them. It made it more interesting. This cleaning herbs thing sounds stupid and ruins herblore! It also makes it easier. :(
