I wasnt sure really but.. are skill capes Members only? Can F2P players get them? Cause I have been working on getting my Mining skill cape for awhile(still soo far away, lvl 71) and I was just wondering this. :-k

I get called a noob for just being a player who doesnt wanna spend money on Mems. Id rather get the Free stats up before I get Mem.

Same here, :twisted: I cant get my WC lvl up with these guys stealing all the logs, Im glad that there is atleast one place I can WC without these guys standing over my shoulder. :evil: I dont even like to look at them, If I see one I get really frustrated, Its impossible to walk anywhere without seeing atleast 2 of them... ITS INSANE!!!
