If you want to make a gif out of an episode, open it in a video editor, cut the part you want to make a gif of, then use a video to gif program with the piece you cut.

Why not just edit the original file to select a specific moment of it? Or take frame-by-frame screenshots and then make them into a gif.

Your videos look like that when you play them? Are you using 10bit releases with an 8bit build?

They all have different spots where the color is messed up.
