If you're feeling like a douche you could set up a lot of torrent downloads. Whenever I'm downloading anything, at any speed, with uTorrent, it takes up the whole bandwidth and makes it unusable for others, no matter at what speed I'm downloading. Just make sure it's some legal torrent and you're fine. I just worked out a bit and I'm all sweaty. Gonna take a shower.
