is 40%-50% cpu usage normal on a dual core AMD Athlon 64 dual core processor 4200+ 2.20 ghz and is there any way to lower it? and My fire wall was turned off for about half a day and my computer got swarmed with spyway, its been running slower and i can hear noises from inside it. is there any free anti spyware software anyone would recommend to delete and prevent it? thanks Loc
