Are ankous considered as undead?
Yes, they are.

Aberrant spectres are good for herb drops and sometimes seeds. You can cannon them at the Desert Slayer Dungeon (Smokey Well) in Pollnivneach.

Anyone know the approximate value of Bat mask (street price)?
-
Maybe you could try post a request on RSOF? or visit House Party world?
-
I don't think it'll trim.

I have this sort of black, not so long hair. Lots of girls ask me if they can rub it.
My girlfriend is obsessed with it, she likes to rub my head while she sits on my shoulders. I also like it
My hair is something like this:
Gates' Hairs pretty awesome.
Get Cloud Strife hair !!! :D

I was browsing the Rate This! forum on Tip.It; where I found this item in some people's bank. Can any tell me what item this is and what is it's use?

You can:
- Sell the pages and get a Guthix/Saradomin Book or
- Do the quest and get the Zamorak Book
-
I haven't used it for quite sometime, but I'm pretty sure it stays there, as in stacks.

Place a dwarf cannon then hide somewhere; it should die within 30 cannonballs.
-
Did he state that?

I've heard that if you go anywhere and bury an bone then wait 15 mins then bury another bone on the same spot ( without moving or talking ) you get a random event.
You fail. Your character would log out within >2min of inactivity.
OT:I'm not too sure about it, I guess repetition of an certain activity? But then it is called a Random event.

I guess it's all your choice. I'd personally go for 70 prayer as it will be more useful. Unless you want a trimmed skillcape then get 99 firemaking.
-
Found this while I was trick-o-treating. If you look closely at the NPC I'm standing next to, it's head is acutually missing.

You can range the ones at the entrance by safespotting them. I think you should be able to get the tortoises stuck behind the fence. I found this image.

Buy 53mil of needles. Go to World 1, put the needles in the party chest in Falador. Watch the noobs come following. Enjoy.

Use monster meat shield.
Have your friend to attract as many monsters as possible (preferably the rat due to its size) and find a narrow tunnel to wait (your friend should not retaliate or kill the rat).
Now go get Damis and hid behind your friend. Since the rat is large, Damis will never get past it. You can safely range/mage on Damis.
I literally lol'd

You need way more levels. 80+ melee will do, try for 70 prayer as it's helpful but not required. Clans won't even consider you with below these stats.
(On a side note your levels are very balanced  )
Best advice you can get.

plant rannars while your runecrafting?
That's a good way.
Here are some suggestions for combat methods:
Slayer --> Steady income, occasional rare drop, gets better every new monster you unlock (usually)
God Wars --> with your stats, I would recommend Bandos, find a mass or large team that allows lower levels and wait for some good drops
Green Dragons --> 4-5k per kill, crowded sometimes, many locations though
Blue Dragons --> 4-5k per kill, not as crowded, harder to kill
Black Dragons (ranging) --> 5-6k per kill, chance of getting a Draconic Visage
Metal Dragons (maging/ranging) --> if you have runes to use or spare bolts, these are a good way to get rid of them. Keep the dragon bones if you want more money.
Hope that gives you a good start! :
God Wars - I don't think his stats are good enough for Bandos. Even for large group.
Black Dragons - With 55 range it'll take ages for him to kill a black dragon.

you hit the nail on the head mate.
erm no.
I need to re-phrase the question.
How many doses of sara brews should I drink before a super restore dose.

Bottom left corner would be your best bet. Also broad bolts would be better than broad arrows.
