Actually the guide is kind of vauge on this one. The guy is named Saba and hes in a cave on the road that goes north west out of Burthrope. If you get pummeled by rocks that are being hurled at you by a bunch of trolls then you've gone too far. Remember to allign your compas to north!

A way to keep rares from being COMPLETELY unbuyable? Perhaps Jagex could slowly make rares avaliable to a select group of respectable players (no lv 50 noobs with 10 gp in the bank), but stop releasing them once the price starts to change. Then wait till the price is back up to where it used to be and repeat the process? Alternatively do this to keep a steady price for certian items? Eg: add the odd santa hat to keep their value between 4 and 6 mil each. Please dont flame me too much about this (:roll:) but at least tell me your opinions.
