I'm P2P, and I've tried enchanting ruby necklaces and ruby rings, the same way I've enchanted sapphire and emerald items. I get the same " You haven't learned the scret" message on both. -
Can't seem to find an answer as to when its safe to "unload" books from my bank, and still have them available in bookcase, even after rebuilding bookcase. If I rebuild a bookcase, are all "past" books returned to the new bookcase, or only the ones presently in my bank? Any guidance would be appreciated.

I have a lvl 49 crafting and can make ruby jewelry, and a lvl 52 magic, which should allow me to enchant that ruby jewelry. However, every time I try, it tells me " you haven't learned the secret to enchanting ruby jewelry yet." What am I missing here? A quest? or is there an NPC I need to talk to? Any and all help would be appreciated.
