    I sign. rsn = magikchicken. Lmao, I posted like 5 topics on this in the runescape forums, but no mods answered :? I'm p2p, but those capes could help our wars soooo much! But then we'd have to leave half of our people behind and war in p2p... so the capes really should be f2p too ^_^ A lot of people protested that the f2p players didn't pay and didn't "deserve" the capes too, but I pointed out that that helps the p2p players in clans too. :roll:
