I went to the June 5 riots. I'm not a rioter I know that the wildy isnt coming back and i'm past all that. I just went to the riot because I wanted to see what would happen. Hey i was bored. Anyway for laughs I decided to join the rioters and i typed "Selling rioters 1k ea" I thought it was pretty funny, because I got PMs like "Lol" and "Nice" and even "What level do you have to be to wear a rioter?" But it kinda shocked me that someone traded me 3k and requested the name of 3 level 70+ rioters. So i decided ok I'll just give him some names. So basically I made 3k off the riots. Not that much, but it was pretty funny. Do you think that Rioting could be a multi-million gp buisiness? <-------sarcasm =P

If u have played Runescape today, you have probably realized that the theme music at the log in screen has changed. This amazes me, because i made a post about how they should change the music, and alot of people said that was a dumb idea! Well jagex didn't think so! Ok I just got done cutting 1k yews. im thinking, "Can't wait until i get 400-420k!!!" When I go to sell them I see that there only worth 350-380gp. What happened? Was it supply and demand? Inflation? MErchanting? Can a Runescape economic expert tell me why its happening and tell me if theres a chance that I can sell my yews for 400 ea again? TY :D

It is made to help people, and when I refer to NOOB I am not referring to a new player. These are NEWBS which is not a denouncing word. The difference is, is that a noob is an annoying player who is generally viewed unpopular by the public. A newb as I already said is a new player to the game. K? STEP 1- GET ACQUAINTED TO THE GAME First things first. You need to know about the game. Do a little research. Ummm...Krimm, I get your point enitrely, I agree with it except for you make it look like I said that my updates would make Runescape unique. And I agree with the fact that Runescape is a very successful game. All i am saying is that a couple more quests wouldnt hurt. I'm not f2p but they have been in dire need of a quest since like forever. So i mostly agree with you. So people I dont want to make it look like i would add thousands of quests to Runescape. I just want to add more. In my opinion i feel that it needs more quests. Ok Ill start with your number 4 point. I dont get what you mean by higher levels? I'm just saying that So people could look unique. Next Ill jump to your number 6 point. I didnt say I would add thousands of quests. I said I would add a few, so that people wouldn't be bored if they had already done all the quests. Don't you feel bad for f2p? Only like twenty cheesy quests. I know they don't pay, but soemthing new every once in a while, wouldn't hurt. And your number 7 point, I didnt say that i was going to make skilling so easy that it gave u 99 in a lvl in ten days. I was just saying, that it shouldnt take so long that it takes you years and years to get 99 in a skill. And some people dont want to be on ten hours a day. MY Runescape Ok this post Is basically my idea of what changes should be made to Runescape. I will state the ways I would change it, and if you have any suggestions or think one of my ideas are bad well then go ahead and tell me, oh and mods please feel free to move this if I put it in the wrong forum.(Im kinda new to the tip.it forums. Ive posted on others, just not a lot on tip.it lol). KK. 1. Alright the first thing I would do if I owned Runescape would be to change the cheesy theme music you hear at the log in screen. I mean come on. They could at least change it to some different cheesy music. Of course thereÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s always the option to mute the music, but still I would change it. 2. After I changed the music, I would do one of the things that make a MMORPG really fun. I would add more races, like elf, Dwarf, Orc; you know all the ones that are really cool. I mean everyone you meet in Runescape besides NPC is human, which gets really old. I would have a pleasant experience trading with an Orc. To support that update, I would make different armor for each of the different races. Each race would get there own special type of armor that only they could wear. I personally think that would be one of the coolest updates ever. 3. The next thing I would do is add more land to Runescape. I would give some new area to f2p, because the f2p world is really boring and really needs some new areas. I think this would really bring some more popularity to the game. O yes, I hear the p2p people ready to flame. Well, in that case I would give p2p triple the amount of land that f2p got. That way p2p feels good knowing they get the better of the update. (Sorry f2p but they five bucks more than you do. Lol) 4. Next, I would probably get new armor, for the different classes. I mean thereÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s a lot of different armor sets out there, but in Runescape thereÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s always a person that looks similar to you. I would add many more armor sets, so that you would have a small chance of looking the same as someone else. 5. Then comes the update that so many people want. Most of us have probably heard of Bounty Hunter, and Clan Wars. Well, those arenÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t my idea of a happy day. I want to be able to stalk my prey, any of my choosing at be able to pounce upon my selected victim, not one that is pre selected for me. I would make an update that allowed Bounty Hunter and Clan Wars, but would have an area for classic pking. (Player Killing). I know about the RWT issue and all that, but still it would be nice to go back to the days when we could gang up on that level 10 archer in level 30 wild. (IÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢m JK) 6. My next update would bring more quests, I mean a few more. All the successful MMORPG have like one thousand quests. I wouldnÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t add that much, but I would at least give the game a couple more, especially to f2p. Cut the f2p people some slack. They havenÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t had a new quest since like 2003. I would give them some quests that arenÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t cheesy like sheep shearer, but nothing like treasure trails, and remember p2p whatever f2p gets, you get triple, so thereÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s not really any reason to complain. Plus, you can do the new f2p quests too. BONUS ALERT. 7. You know the skills that forever to raise? Ex: woodcutting mining, fishing, etcÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâæ I would make a way that boosts experience like five to ten percent. I donÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t want to make the game a piece of cake, to where getting 99 in a skill takes a week. But I would make it a tiny bit faster. IÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢ve used the skill calculator here on tip. it and realize I have 70k more yews to cut if I want to make it to level 99 woodcutting. Which is so depressing. But then you have to argue that there are some people that actually took the time to raise their skills the old normal experience way. I would give them something like a certain item that would be considered to be a rare that gave them an advantage over other players while using that skill. HereÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s an example. There is a person that has got level 99 mining before my update. He can buy an item that is reserved only for players that got level 99 before my update. ( In the same way that members can only play RSC if they played before Runescape 2) LetÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s say that this certain item was a legendary pick axe. This item would mine ore faster than any other pick axe in the game. Even if a player with level 99 mining wanted it he couldnÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t if he got his level 99 mining after my update. I think this would be a debatable update and ask the players what they think about it before actually doing it, which goes for all the updates I would do. 8. The update after that would be that players couldnÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t get banned for minor offences. All I would do is suspend him from the game, for a certain time period. There are too many people that get banned for minor offences and have put hours of their lives in to this game. This all goes to waste, if you get banned. The worst thing I would do to a person that cusses a lot would be to permanently mute them. Just to shut them up and solve the problem. But if it is major issues like scamming, and website, advertising, and things like that. In other words I would only ban someone if they affect the physical output of the game, such as making me lose money, or doing something that would eventually bring down Runescape, such as RWT. But thatÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s the only reason I see to ban someone from the game entirely. Conclusion Ok thatÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s all I can think of right now, but if you have any suggestions you can reply to this, because I personally want to know what the Runescape community really wants. I cant beleive some ppl. I mean u have to be a [developmentally delayed] to spend actual money on virtual money. There is no wealtth equality there. So wat if u have millions of gp on Runescape. Wat r u gonna do with it. SHOW OFF? well i dont see a reason to that. Unless ur friends are total low lifes who play runescape too much then they would probably think that u need to work on your social life some. :thumbsup: PLus u need to be able to save your money on things that benefit yr actual life. NOt the life of some Runescape player who will probably be banned once Runescape screwes up again. What's up people. This is MAGMA GUARD3 bringing you a Runescape Merchanting guide. OK lets get started. WHAT IS MERCHANTING? Well what merchanitng used to be, was buying items for a low price, then selling them for a higher price. People who did this were called merchers. It is a method that was used to get rich quick. By buying and selling in bulk players tended to get more money. Which is why it was so popular. This method was going great until...the grand exchange happened. Ever since then, people could just go and buy the items they wanted from the grand exchange, rather than getting it from the mercher which was selling it higher than what the grand exchange was selling it for. Yes it was a sad day. Many people quit. Another thing was the pking incident. But im about to bring back merching. NEW WAYS TO BE A MERCHANTER OK. The new way focuses around a merchers worst enemy, the Grand Exchange. Heres the newest ways to do it. 1. Buy minimum price-sell maximum price. But with Grand Exhcange The way you do this is you pick an item, you buy it for minimum price, then turn around and resell it for the maximum price. I dont recomend this for nobody really sells for low prices or buys for highest. But i have had some profit off of this. 2. My PErsonal FAV Alright, you OFFER to buy 1k yews from the grand exchange at a custom OFFER of 400 gp per log. U PAY 400k! But wait! At your collection window you have 1k yews plusÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâæwhats this? 9k is in your collection window. What happened??? The fact is, is that you bought from a player that was selling for 391 gp ea. U spent 400k!!! So u get 9k back. NOW WHAT DO YOU DO? Sell for 400- max price DUHHH!!!!! U gain 9k!! Do this with everything!!!! 3. The guy that doesnt bother to use the grand exchange method. OK you are in world 1. There is a guy that is buying a guthix full helm 240k!!!! WAIT? u got yours for 220k at the grand exchange. Why doesnt he get his at the grand exchange? U dont know. He probably doesnt want to waste the time. Or he is impatient and doesnt want to wait on the grand exchange. THIS IS YOUR CHANCE. Trade him. U just got 20k extra!! NOw wat? Go buy your guthix helm from the grand exchange. But be patient. U just gained 20k!!! U can go and sell that one for 240k now.... hehehe 20k each trip. Just be patient...thats what merching is about. 4.The team cape method U can buy team capes for 50gp ea and resell for 500-1k ea!!! just putting that out there. WEll i hope this guide has helped u. U might have to be patient. 3. The guy that doesnt bother to use the grand exchange method. OK you are in world 1. There is a guy that is buying a guthix full helm 240k!!!!
