Power ammy is probably a better bet seeing as how your low attack and it still gives an ok str bonus.

I was wondering recently why Jagex asked all the Player mods in RuneScape for their personal info such as e-mail address, phone number etc. If they refused to grant this information Jagex would remove their powers... Anyone know whats up with this, some sort of orginization system? Edit: Sorry I can't provide adamant proof for this at the moment, seeing as how I have the picture of evidence from a p-mod on my other computer. If this thread manages to stay alive untill tomorrow i will be able to supply this evidence.

You could try killing minotaurs or various things in the Security Stronghold. Also al-kharid warriors are a good choice since they do auto attack you.

Cutting yews and mining coal are popular choices. You could also possible kill hill giants and sell their bones on the G.E while killing more of them? Easy money.
