Blue dhide(I think thats the best for 55range)would be your best bet for armor I think. Just bring monks, use a whip and dds and you should be fine. Bring sup str and atts if you feel you need them.

If you mean the roof on Highrise, once you get the the second sideways scaffolding, look at the building and it should give you a signal to press a/x

Armor/gear for slayer isn't that expensive. You don't really need a cannon(I only used it to speed up boring tasks). I'd try it out or do some woodcutting. Or you can always resort to when you were a low level and did flax and yada yada.

If you wanna truely become a PvP beast, then 99s in melees, 95+ in range, 94+ in mage, and 80+pray is what you want. And your gonna want alot of money to spend on pots and gear. Try watching a few pk vids to see what gear they use and the tactics they use.

[Summoning on a Pure?]

Summoning is worth it on all accounts tbh. Even skillers could benefit from it. But we're talking about pures. The bunyip is worth it at lower lvls, but once you get higher, unicorns and titans are also very good. Depends if you want to spend the money on it and if you'll find it useful.
