Well money wise. I would do laws from 54-91 now, or if astrals are around the 160-170ea markish I would double up on them at 82 to 91. Natures aren't that good profit becoming even under 100k per 1k now for non 91 rcers. If your going for exp mostly. I would suggest Graahks from 44-75 rc. However in saying that it's not the fastest method either, just the most optimal choice. If your willing to blow several mill and have the requirements to do it effciently. Make lava runes, as their the fastest rc exp in the game. Lava runes are a major hassle though. Once your 75 rc I would suggest zmi to 91.

I would say yeh dusties are fine for slayer exp. I seen a few people suggest black masks. However for dusties you cannot use black mask on them unless you have a deathwish. But for slayer overall. I guess black masks are fine not that i've ever used one. Also if you done smoking kills. I would suggest saving for the slayer helm so you don't need to spend money on black masks.
