Im making a pure prayer account/skiller just for fun and Ive always wanted to figure this out ok when it comes to melee based attacks you can use protect from melee and steel skin to block from other players. But lets say I was fighting a mage am I just stuck with protect from magic and rapid heal or does steel skin have any effect in reducing damage?

I actually attempted that but to be honest thats alot of work. I think I will try the fally mages but no hp xp i take it ?? I guesse everything cant be perfect

You serious I didnt know that I thought the first post would be something like fog or something but that doesnt really work for high levels because people die to fast with fire blast. -.- It just hit me so that means no hp xp ??

my rs name is 01Loner and im goin for all 70's and so far mage is at 65. I was wondering is there a faster way to level mage w/o spending alot of money. Currently I am using fire strike :wall: I make all the air runes (63 rc) and buy the minds off of the ge so each strike I use only cost 9 gp. This is cheaper than the curse lvling method but still kinda slow any suggestions?

I totally agree there is no real point to fm in f2p its a waste of time along with crafting usless in f2p along with fishing :shock: For me the ge messed that up now i just buy 1k raw lobs and a time and cook them then im ready to go.. pressing 1k then buy at max price is easier then countless boat rides back and forth to bank :wall:

Ok this is my over all goal regarding the lvl 83 cockroach in f2p. Its obvious that this monster is the big "money cow" in f2p. And seeing how I am taking a break from all my runecrafting I was wondering, what would be the best way to use them to cover the cost of prayer? For me anyway prayer is extremly hard to level and I was thinking I could slowly raise def and then just use all the drops to buy big bones because on average i get 30k gp each time i bank so... Should I go all out when fighting these things with the monk robes, rune mace/kite and full helm or just go full rune with a scimmy then when my prayer drained go to the monastary to recharge. so full rune and prayer or full monk etc... so it last longer. These are my stats im using to get the job done 72 hp 70 att 71 str 67 def 48 prayer. also do you think i should use curse will have any effect?

yup I got to lvl 63 runecraft all on making body tiaras and airs on f2p, so thats why I said money is no issue because I had to make alot of airs :|

You can only get the if you play the game, also when you play and get tokens you can only keep one at a time. Its a total drag trust me I know I have 63 rc all done in f2p

after i finish all of my body tairas i have 2.1k still to make when should i start making airs for 100% profit, or should i just keep buying tairas and body tallys and make air when im at a higher lvl?

I have been making body tiaras for about a week now and the xp per trip is amazing i get about 15k rune xp a hour. :wall: But it is kinda far from the edgeville bank and you have to click on each body tally to make a tiara. I was wondering with these factors is there another way to to raise rc thats closer to a bank and get more xp. i dont care for profit I just want the xp (currently lvl 62 rc with 20k to lvl)
