  1. Possible Spoilers Below To Whom it may Concern, While doing the quest "What Lies Below" I took a look at the letter that Ratt Burgiss gave me and realized that it was not written in a language, but an actually easy to understand "Substitution Cipher". The contents are below, but to whom ever maybe interested, I found out the code by looking at the first two words in the letter. Realizing that it was a letter, and knowing that the letter was intended to "Surok Magis", I inferred that the first two words, or rather names, would most likely be "Surok Magis". By "substituting" the symbols with the letters that make up Surok Magis, I found out the first ten letters. I also recognized several symbols that closely appeared to be Germanic/Latin letters. By writing on a separate piece of paper all the 26 letters of the English Alphabet, and then under the letters, writing all the recognizable signs and the 10 symbols that i already got from the introduction, I could write out what I saw on another sheet of paper, and using "-" for unknown letters, I could look at words I didn't know, and plug in the missing letters to form words. When the words added up to understandable sentences, I would go back through and look at the symbols I substituted and used them for the other unknown words I couldn't find in the other sentences. However, there was one case where I couldn't figure out what it said, but I'm assuming it is an Acronym and and another case where what I put may be a typo on Jagex's part or I didn't do it right. The Letter Says Dear Surok Magis, Your actions are being hatched. We Know what you are trying to do and the --S- [(?)] [Possibly V-SL or VRSL] will stop you! Do not attempt to leave the palace or you will arrested on site. We will not hesitate to kill you if you disobey King Roald's orders. Ratt Burgis So there You have it, It would be great to put it up in the quest guide, but I'll leave that up to you, I only ask that you credit me as Lt. Ledford. thank you!! :) :) :)
