    i thinking of training attack at bandits but i have heard that u need some kinda of zammy or sara item on u and i wounder if i can take just a kite or something and... With my stats can i kill them without wasting 2 much food ? and what item should i take with me ? My Stats: attack: 80 strength: 85 Defence: 79 Hitpoints: 83 TY ( English isent my first language) :oops: EDIT: what is the xp/hour about ?
