1) What are burners and how do I use them? They are on both sides of the altar. Make sure they are always lit, and if they aren't, use marrentill and a tinderbox on it. The owner of the house usually does this. 2) Do I have to bring any other items (except the bones of course)? Marrentill if the house owner isn't doing that for you. 3) Do people require payment for the use of their gilded altars? No, because they want company. 4) Can I continue to use an altar if a player is offline? No. 5) How much time will I spend (approximately) burying 1.6k dragon bones? You don't bury them, they disappear once placed on the altar. I'm not really sure about how long it takes, haven't done it in a long time. Hope this helps.
