Sept. 4: Sighted a Rock Penguin Spy in the Cow field, North of the East Ardougne plaza (where you arrive when you teleport into Ardougne), on World 39. 8-)

Sucker moved fast! I killed a couple of Cows and I walked past him at the ladders to the Mining Guild mine, inside Falador! :D Sneakey little buggers. ;-)
