Does normal ess sell well on GE?

I've looked around but I can't seem to find anything that shows how to earn tons of money in F2P in a short amount of time. What is a good way to make a lot of money quickly? I was thinking either ess/iron/coal, as I can do the mining guild, but that seemed kind of slow. Skills: Att 50 Str 52 Def 50 Mining 65 R/C 33 Magic 57 Prayer 35 Ranging 35 Smithing 45 Fishing 50+ (don't remember exactly and can't access account right now) Cooking 50+ (same as above) W/C 30-40 (same as above) Thanks for the help!

So I just run to there Earth Altar, rc the essence, then tele back to Varrock? How is this quicker than Air rc'ing? Thanks for the help!

Okay, so I'm playing FoG until I get 675 tokens (for 9 Air Gloves). Then I'm going to mine 8K essence in East Varrock. Then I'm going to runecraft 9K essence into 30K+ Air Runes. A few questions: A) How long should this take me (with only an hour of playing a day)? B) Would I be better off just buying the essence and then selling the Air Runes (to break even but be quicker)? C) Is this the quickest way to get to level 50 Runecrafting from level 30 while breaking even (if not making a little)? Thanks for the help!

Oops - yeah, just editing my post, 'cus I'm currently mining my own essence and then making Air Runes w/o Air Gloves.

I'm trying to get into the GOP minigame, but first I need to go from pitiful level 29 Runecrafting to level 50. What is the fastest way to do this (without losing money)? Thanks for the help! *EDIT* Right now I'm mining a bunch of essence, and then making Air runs, as they are the quickest (mind is WAY too far out to be time-efficient). Is this the best way? Also, I don't have any FoG tokens, so I can't use Air Gloves - should I work on getting them (and waste time playing FoG)?

I am F2P, so I can't Runecraft them. I also don't have any extra money to spend on them. So, what monsters would be the best (Nature Rune drop-rate wise and quantity/respawn wise) place to acquire natures? I have 47 Att, 47 Str, 46 Def, 49 Hp, 46 Magic, 34 Ranging, 34 Prayer, 58 (59?) I mine my own iron, which relatively easy to get. Then, I buy the coal (even though I can go into the mining guild, since it's faster this way). Then, I superheat steel bars, and sell them for profit. 2K Coal = 360K 1K Natures = 242K (assuming I buy all of them; I've been killing monsters for them, it's cheaper and gets my other combat skils up) Total Cost = 602K Sell 1K Steel Bars = ~620K Net = 15-20K So, doing it this way, you take a little more time, but you actually profit a little from it. Then, when you get to level 55, use the money you earned and use it to buy more Natures and Green D-Hide Bodies. High Alch them, and use that money to get more stuff. ---------- geez you need to stop making the same thread over and over again about the same subject Please. In the other thread, we talked about the EXACT same thing. If you mine the iron ore yourself (which is a tad timeconsuming, but doesn't require a high skill and there's plenty of it around), you only pay ~602 for the resources to make one bar, and sell in for ~630. Not as much, which is probably why the reduced the sell prices and raised the buy prices. Darn change...

and how are you gonna get that hes f2p so its a 3k trade limit those are at least 25 gp off the real price of iron and 50-60gp off the price of coal and no1 buys steel bars at max so that whole calc fails You CAN buy coal, iron, and nature runes as F2P, and you're using the GE, not personal trade. Also, those prices are not atleast 25 gp off for iron and 50-60 gp off for coal. I just bought/sold some not too long ago, using the GE. Lastly, 650 is NOT max. for steel bars. It is a couple gp over the average/market value.

Really, you're making up those numbers. 10k+ for a Green d'hide body? More like 4465gp. 16k+ for an addy body? 9748gp. Also, you're making up those bar/ore prices. There's no free trade anymore, you know? Accurate figures: No I'm not. From the Champion Guild stores, according to Tip.It, they are the numbers I said. Now, from other players the price is definitely lowered, but then you depend on people's stocks of Green D-Hide bodies and Addy Plates (which they usually need to make to get profit from, unless they get them as drops/prizes), whereas coal and iron are always being mined/sold. And I am not making up the bar/ore prices. Go check out the GE. You can sell Steel Bars for 650, easily. I just sold 600 of them for 650 per, and they sold in less than an hour. Also, the average price on the GE for iron ore is 75-80 gp, while coal is 135-140. There's no free trade anymore, you know? Who said anything about free trade?

just a question did even calculate what u said to do iron 100gp ea coal 190ea nature 230ea there fore 100+380+230=710 steel bars are about 600 so its a 100 gp LOSS!!! If you use the right numbers, you find that you do actually make money. Iron Ore = 75, maybe 80 gp Coal = 135, maybe 140 gp Nature = probably around 250 So, 75 + (140*2) + 250 = 605 Sell the bars for 650 each: 650 - 605 = 45 gp PROFIT
