  1. Not sure if this has been brought up, but there is a great shoe that apparently is just the best thing ever for running. It's called the Vibram Five Finger shoe, it's basically like running barefoot

http://www.vibramfivefingers.com/ This the OFFICIAL website, and any other website is a knock off version of the shoe, so beware

And here's a thread discussing how good they are

I've been considering getting a pair for general every day usage, but I'm torn since winter lasts pretty long and is too cold to wear these here

If you get the Five Finger Flow's you oughta be able to use them in the winter unless you live in like alaska or somewhere else far north. It's meant to be used in low temps (website says ~25-40 degrees Farenheit) and if you're going out at temps colder than that you can use the Injinji wool toe socks for extra warmth.

  2. To be honest ever since everything rose in prices RC'ing isnt the crazy moneymaker it used to be a couple years ago. Double nats can easily be matched by even barrows and is easily beaten by bigger bosses like Dks, TDS, and Gwd.

But if you're really set on getting 91 rc best overall imho is to do ZMI to 91 which would profit you maybe 2m and then do double nats the rest of the way. That way while you're not making alot of money at the start it can be offset by the increased time you're spending at 91 rc and making faster money/

  3. Oh, well then my advice would be to scramble up the two lowest rows of the puzzle.

First solve the left most 2x2 square so that you're left with 2x3 left two solve and that one open space you should be left with the 5 that are supposed to fit in the box.

This guide helped me alot when I was first learning to solve them

His technique dealing with getting the top right ( or top left in your case) in the right place is basically the same as your problem just flipped on its side. So just imagine it on its side.

  4. You could go avians in void if you get your summon up to a decent level (68 for bunyip) and your def up a little more. You could train slayer which brings in a lot of charms while getting your def up and usually profiting. It'd be hard for you to join teams with low pray/def/sum unless you get a drop while ls'ing a mass.

This guy has a decent void guide and setup. http://forum.tip.it/topic/230351-slaytaniccs-complete-aviansie-maging-ranging-guide-complete/

  5. I'm sure this isn't the best place to post this but it also makes the most sense to post it here, I was wondering what you guys thought of the Nike Free 5.0 v4 running shoes?

I own a pair in black and I love them, they last pretty long too, Ive put over 1000 miles into them and they havent broken yet. Though once they do break I plan on switching to a pair of Vibram Five Fingers. I havent had an injury since I started even though I considerably upped my mileage. Minimalist running FTW

  6. Well I dont know for sure, but you could time how many you could do in an minute and multiply that number by 60 to get the xp rate. As for how you should do it just put all the herbs you have into vials of water (invent: 14 herbs/14 vials of water) then when you finish that use your seconds on unf pots (invent: 14 2nds/14 unf pots). That's the fastest way that I know of
