this is true - you can do it with the sheild in your bank - it will just not give you a second one.

I meant that even once you have met birds eye jack during the quest you still need a seal until you finish the quest to bank with him.

After the quest guide for dream mentor, the tips tricks and notes section says: "If you have lost your Seal of passage you can get a new one from Brundt the Chieftain in Rellekka. However, once you meet 'Bird's-eye Jack' in this quest, he will allow you to bank without a seal!" This is not true; it will not let you bank without a seal until you finish this quest. (I wish I could have used my user Cow Assasin on here - if i'm credited for this please put that instead)
