hi, i have a queston about air running.. how are people still able to air run? isnt there a 3k gold limit every 15 minutes now? or that doesn't apply on an air running world? is it still 2.5k each run for 25 essence?

damn.. then why did someone in this forum says that rune gauntlets and berserker shields degrade over time.. damn them! do the rune berserker shields, the druidic/combat robes, and the green dhide coif also not degrade or do some of them degradE?

hi, i never really paid attention to the rune gauntlets since i dont like pvp so i dont play fist of guthix, and some people told me that rune gauntlets degrade over time and i have to use more tokens to repair them.. but now i checked the tip.it database and found this information: "This item only needs to be recharged if you die with it on or in your inventory. To uncharge this item, use them on Reggie in Fist of Guthix. " so rune gauntlets do or do not degrade? if they don't, i might as well face my fear and play fist of guthix a few times to get the tokens for it...

hi, i am combat lvl 26 or 27 right now, with 26 atk 20 str 20 def i am trying to get my atk and def to 40 for rune equipment and get high enough lvl to complete dragon slayer quest... can someone list like best places/monsters to train my stats up? or post a lvling guide? thanks

i used to do it the long way and make all my runes and use fire strikes on the hobgoblins across from the crafting guild southwest of falador.. you dont get hit but you cant get the loot...

hi, i haven't played runescape in a while and i decided to make a new character... i am very confused with all these new stuff like grand exchange, item lending, fist of guthix, etc.... 1. so i want to know what is the best set of equipment that f2p players can have? i remember it used to be full rune set with amulet of strength or power, dragon vambraces, and the stronghold of security boots... can someone tell me the new best equipment and where/how i can obtain them? 2. I also remember something about how lvling up atk, str, and def or prayer or magic can affect my hitpoint value negatively or positively... like training a certain stat earlier or later can damage my hp value in the long run... what is this about? i dont really remember... 3. Can i use my old character to drop stuff for my new character in some random house? or is that not allowed anymore? :o
