~~Warning!! This thread contains many images!!~~ Currently : Offline and STILL editting/revamping/organizing/resizing everything for you guys : . (Taking alot longer than expected, I have no idea where many of these P2P areas are and I must research/organize/file/arghhhhhhh) Re-Edit : Too much work for one day, will finish up later. This is insanity >_<"! Hope you're enjoying my new works though! ~(Thank you all for making this thread grow so rapidly, great teamwork :!!)~ Hey Tip.It Forumers, it's my first post down in this here good 'ol Forum :) I was browsing through a few threads here, and I came upon the "Creating New Life in Old Places" by NuckingFuts (lol) and an idea sparked into my mind. Ever walk somewhere, familiar or not familiar, and just notice it was absolutely gorgeous? Like it would just hit you that this place in Runescape was very well designed and looked amazing? Well, to make a long story short, anyone know the places around Runescape of which, on High Detail are absolutely breath-taking? I currently play on Low Detail, due to the slight lagg I get on HD, but willing to switch back once in awhile. Yes I am F2P, but don't let that stop from showing your vast amounts of knowledge of the Runescape World, P2P or F2P! I have no idea what places are completely stunning in F2P. But if you know any I'll love to take a little stroll ;) . PS: Through browsing a bit around before posting this, I love the community down here at Tip.It ;) ~Current Needed Suggestions~ F2P - Completed! (Thus Far) P2P - Arctic Hunting Area - Entrana - Entrance to GodWars Dungeon - Magic trees south of Lleyta - Meiyerditch - Miscellania - Poison Waste. (Fairy Ring to this spot) - Sorceress's Garden - Tarn's Lair - The Abyss - Trawler Minigame - Trollweiss Mountain - West Ardrougne - Willows at Barbarian Assault - Witchhaven If you have a suggestion/screenie PM me ingame so I may gladly add it to our list Here are the Areas so far! // Mahyem in Misthalin \\ Credits To : NuckingFuts, Monkeyguy139, Maleficus1055, Juhniz, Gremmy, Resonae [hide=- Forests East Of Varrock][/hide] [hide=- Lumbridge Swamp][/hide] [hide=- Queen of Varrocks Garden][/hide] Note: Slightly Larger Images [hide=- Varrock West Bank]The 2nd floor and the bottom look so amazing! I love this place, and it's great for alching at. [/hide] [hide=- Varrock Square]With the fountains and also the minicommunity that builds up around this location, it makes it a great place to be [/hide] [hide=- Road to Varrock]With the water and the great ground decorations, this is a beautiful place to pass through. It's also great to fish here, expecially with beggers (to get rid of your food fast ) [/hide] [hide=- Lumbridge Castle]When this was updated, the castle was actually pretty amazing. This puts something welcoming and attractive to those newbies coming to explore our great land. : [/hide] [hide=- Water Altar][/hide] [hide=Watermill on the River Lum]The long way to Varrock started here. When peering across the Lum, I saw an amazing watermill. These have always interested me as they just add a great nature powered mechanism to a simple river. [/hide] [hide=Ice Patch]Well only being temporary, this ice patch is probably the funnest feature in the entire RuneScape world! Froobs and orginary noobs have a nice little playground in their own backyard. Even though it's mostly for fun, it really adds a je ne sais quoi to the world. [/hide] [hide=Lumbridge Haybarn]This is one of those locations that you could really care less about when walking around. However, when your in high definition, it makes you stop and take a look. It's just great to look at! [/hide] [hide=Varrockian Street]By the time I go to Varrock, it was night fall. I took a nice room at the front of the Blue Moon's Inn and slept for about 12 hours. When I woke up, I went outside to see the view. Sure enough, it was magnificent. The view really takes you back to the Mediveal Ages, when streets and buildings where all stone and pretty much narrow. This village looks alot better than in low detail. You really got to love the architectural style of these small guys. The wooden quality resembles that of North American pioneers. Does Woody Allen live here? [/hide] [hide=Falador Park]For a shortcut, I made my way through the park. I couldn't resist capturing the beauty. With the pond and all the hard work of the farmers, this park is absolutely stunning! [/hide] [hide=Falador Residental Area]Before going off to the party room, I decided to look at the houses. It was really amazing to see a nice square with a fountain in the middle. I only wish my street looked like that. [/hide] [hide=Party Room Building]After going to the top floor, I saw the true size of the building. Very very remarkable to see such a great palace of our very own Disco Pete. Something that was out of the ordinary was that there was a hole in the roof. Pete's lucky RuneScape doesn't have rain. [/hide] [hide=Party In-Progress]While coming downstairs, I found that the ballons were falling. Simple screenshot and you got a nice picture of the ballons before they even hit the ground. Party over here, woot, woot! [/hide] [hide=Maggie's Realm]This plane was made after the 2008 Halloween Event for those who lost their items. I found it accidently will making my way south. Once inside, you find everything purple. Who's idea was it? Mod Poppy's probably? Even though it is purple, the colour does not take away from the natural beauty. [/hide] [hide=Mudskipper Point]If someone was looking for some secrecy, this is the place to go. Allthough player-less, this area meets the demands of the people. If this was a real life location, then you could lay down and look at the sky. The water and everything looks awsome. I bet you would have trouble finding this place without a map... I hoped abord a boat and set sail to the beautiful island of Karamja. Looking away from this ship is amazing with the water moving. The simulation has the ability to make you sea sick, but love the look at the same time. Steady as she goes, Mr. Sulu. [/hide] [hide=Musa Points]With the nice breeze of the tropics, this island is nice to hang out on. With the bananas and the bars, you can't go wrong. The amazing view from all around this small small town will have you wanting to swim. Now if only I could figure out with spot to go to... [/hide] [hide=Karamja Volcano Dungeon]When I got to the top of the volcano, I was surprised to see that the lava wasn't moving. Due to this ugly sence, I journied into the dungeon. There were some Lesser Demons, Red Spiders and some Skelotens. After some more viewing, I came across the only F2P dragon, Evarg. This dragon has keep this dugeon very dugeony. Also... I thought I killed that thing... [/hide] [hide=Crandor Ruins]Upon my trip to Karamja, I decided to take a trip to Crandor, since I never had been there in high detail. When I got out of the dugeon and took a look at the landscape, I was very impressed. Ruined buildings and columns stood on the ground. It was just remarkable. This ancient island is a prime example why people shouldn't keep dragons as pets. [/hide] [hide=Shipwreaked on Crandor]I find it strange how Ned is still here after I did this quest almost 3 years ago. How does he survive? I dunno... shipwreaked hermits usually find something to feed themselves. Looking of the side of the ship, it's a beautiful view of the island. If not the island, then perhaps the ocean that also surrounds you. // Tirannwyn \\ [hide=- Little Pond East of Tyras' Camp][/hide] [hide=Elf Lands Area][/hide] // Mortaynia \\ [hide=- Nature Spirit's Grotto][/hide] [hide=- Morytania] [/hide] [hide=(Morytania)Shipwrecked Boat 1][/hide] [hide=(Morytania)Shipwrecked Boat 2][/hide] [hide=Fenkenstrains Castle][/hide] [hide=Fenkenstrains Graveyard][/hide] Note: Ectofuntus Is A Large Image [hide=- Ectofuntus][/hide] // KANDARIN \\ [hide=Baxtorian Falls - Waterfall][/hide] [hide=Baxtorian Falls - Whirlpool Jump][/hide] [hide=Bottom of Baxtorian Falls][/hide] [hide=Eagles Peak 1][/hide] [hide=Eagles Peak 2][/hide] [hide=East Ardougne - Market Square][/hide] [hide=En-route to Lighthouse (Basalt Rock Formation)][/hide] // ZANARIS \\ [hide=Cosmic Altar and Zanaris] [/hide] // Relekka / Fremennik \\ [hide=- Relekka][/hide] [hide=Fremennik Province - Bear Party][/hide] [hide=Fremennik Province - Golden Apple Tree][/hide] [hide=Glarial's Tombstone][/hide] [hide=Keldagrim Ferry Service][/hide] [hide=Lighthouse Path][/hide] [hide=Mountain Camp Pool][/hide]
